Project Coordinator
1. Introduce you to our entire program
2. Assist you with implementing design ideas & making selections for your new home
3. Your line of support from start to finish until you are 100% satisfied with your new home
4. Submits bid proposal (based on your needs & wants for your home) to lender
Project Manager
1. Ensures all local building codes are followed (if necessary)
2. Schedules & oversees all work performed on your new home
3. Ensures all work meets and/or exceeds homebuyer's specifications & expectations
Our team has been assembled to help you understand and take full advantage of this great program while at the same time expediting the home purchase process for you.
Loan Officer (If needed, we will refer you to a FHA 203k loan specialist)
1. Pre-approve you as a buyer so we all have a distinct idea of what home(s) are ideal candidates for you
2. Assist you with the loan process and the understanding of what it takes from you as a homebuyer to expedite the loan process
3. Quick response to your questions and concerns about your loan (down payment, interest rate, etc.)
